Job Title

Job Description:

As a content development expert, you will create high-quality training materials for finance programs. Your role will ensure that content matches industry standards, follows trends, and meets client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop content for financial skills programs.
  • Develop assessments to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content.
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content.
  • Review content from other team members and freelance developers.
  • Support proposal and training outline design for clients.
  • Coordinate with designers to format content in required templates.

Product, Client, and Trainer Support:

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support by communicating issues promptly to relevant parties.
  • Support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates require a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • At least one of the following certifications: MBA (Finance), CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
