Job Title - Content Strategist

No. of positions: 4, Shift schedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.

This role is based in Kharadi, Pune with some flexibility depending on the team's schedule.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the US English format to write engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Develops compelling stories and educational content tailored for decision-makers and tech-savvy readers.
  • Prior experience in a media publication or B2B-focused company is highly valued.

We are seeking a skilled writer who can create high-quality content covering topics like AI, IoT, Big Data, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, and more.

  • Create a variety of content formats including news stories, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, reports, infographics, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct thorough research and interviews with internal stakeholders and industry experts to produce original content.
  • Collaborate with editorial, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with business objectives, audience intent, and brand voice.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization to increase visibility and engagement.

Maintain high standards of editorial accuracy, consistency, and US English grammar, style, and structure across all written material.

Requirements:
  • 1–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in tech journalism, digital publishing, or B2B content marketing.
  • Able to write engaging, long-form content that simplifies complex ideas without losing depth or nuance.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating published work in tech, innovation, or enterprise-focused publications.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Awareness of current technology trends, business models, and digital transformation in the B2B landscape.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and editorial workflows.
  • Degree in Journalism, Mass Media, English, Marketing, or a related field.
