Academic Content Developer

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the development of educational content, including question banks and subject matter expert panels.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high-quality development of educational content for assessments.
- Manage question banks: structure, design, set quality standards, track inventory, and maintain item availability in assigned domains/subjects.
- Lead subject matter experts (SMEs): define selection criteria, monitor performance, train, and develop SME pools, and coordinate with SMEs for test development activities.
- Design tests in subjects of expertise, coordinate with SMEs for other domains/subjects, and support internal stakeholders to fulfill test item and question set requirements.
- Support project leads in delivering projects and other organizational requirements.
- Analyze post-exam questions, report to higher management, and ensure overall quality and effectiveness of the role.
- Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
- Broad understanding of the education system of India and NCERT/CBSE/boards.
- Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
- Good command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
