**Job Description**

This is an opportunity to shape the digital landscape and lead a team of application specialists in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level architecture using Adobe AEM.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans for multi-site, multi-channel, and multi-lingual delivery across the Adobe AEM platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in defining end-to-end architecture for web platforms, influencing strategic thinking and guiding application teams towards optimal integration and functionality.
  • Architect and support design of digital consumer experiences using Adobe's AEM suite, including WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration.
  • Support features like multi-site/channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflow, and social media integration.
  • Engage with clients to define complete specifications for content and collaboration solutions, and present architectural decisions to stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of AEM and integrate other Adobe solutions such as Analytics and Campaign for enhanced decision-making.
**Requirements**
  • At least 15+ years in the IT industry, with 10+ years in the Adobe ecosystem.
  • 5+ years architecting solutions specifically for the Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager and a solid understanding of core web technologies (XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful services).
  • Strong grasp of Day CQ/AEM foundational concepts (Apache Sling, Apache Felix) and AEM development and deployment processes.
  • Experience in handling multiple large-scale AEM implementations (AEM 6.x or later).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Commerce.
  • Experience with Campaign, Marketo Engage, Target, or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.
