Job Description

This is a dynamic and innovative opportunity to lead the people function at a fast-scaling AI company. As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to source, screen, interview, and close top technical and non-technical talent.
  • Build and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract passive talent.
  • Design and manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs, including pulse surveys, townhalls, and recognition initiatives.
  • Analyze people analytics to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning, presenting insights to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This is a high-impact role that requires:

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
