Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT expert to join our organization. This role involves managing complex IT systems, including infrastructure management, virtualization, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VMware vSphere, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Azure Cloud services. They will also possess strong hands-on experience with networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, and switching.

A successful candidate will be able to design, implement, and support large-scale infrastructure projects with minimal downtime. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3–5 years in Level 3 / senior engineer role.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts (especially Incident Management).
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including HA/DRS, vMotion, SRM, and vSAN.
  • Experience with hybrid identity management (Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced administration of Azure Cloud services and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud and ADC (NetScaler).
  • Good to have experience with storage solutions, such as SAN and NAS.
