**Job Title:** Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead to oversee the management of mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our global customers. This role entails providing 24x7 managed support for these cloud environments, leading a team and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with partners to find and realize opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues holistically.
  • Review tickets and escalate to management when required.
  • Oversee a team of Cloud Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise where needed.
  • Act as the L3 in case of escalations and resolve issues with a hands-on approach.
  • Interact with customers via tickets, calls, emails, and periodic sync-up calls.
  • Evaluate team member performance on a periodic basis and provide feedback to the team and HR.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of providing L3 technical support in a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and supporting technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, VMware/KVM, and on-prem cloud technology.
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine).
  • Good working knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backup, Bash.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
  • Experience in handling a team of minimum 4 people in a similar role.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
