Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead and manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments. This role plays a pivotal part in scaling our technical workforce while ensuring a strong candidate experience, diversity of pipeline, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Collaborating closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring plans.
  • Maintaining robust candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts.
  • Driving recruitment operations, maintaining dashboards, and tracking key hiring metrics.
  • Enhancing candidate experience through clear communication and streamlined processes.
  • Working with the People/HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce planning.
  • Staying updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for various roles.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong track record in hiring across tech and design roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in using modern ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruitment metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
