Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager
">- Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of positions and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines.
- Recruitment Expertise: Possess hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on processing background verification within agreed timelines and documenting reports.
- Employee Induction: Coordinate with Business teams to ensure seamless employee induction processes, guaranteeing a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and welfare among employees, driving initiatives that promote their growth and well-being.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive business results.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with a proven ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
