Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our Investment Banking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients across various industries by preparing comprehensive profiles, pitch books, industry overviews, and financial analysis reports.
  • Conduct thorough secondary research to provide high-quality analysis on projects, including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, and financial analysis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of financial analysis, including operational and financial benchmarking, trading/transaction comparables, and opportunity assessments.
  • Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and information/knowledge needs assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA, CFA, or CA degree
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting Investment banking divisions of banks, consulting firms, boutique firms, or advisory firms.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of databases like Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Factset, Factiva, Merger Market, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
