We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to collaborate with our team on key finance and administration activities. As a critical member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, overseeing operations in Account Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll, and managing all compliances related to the company. You'll also provide clear visibility through dashboards, MIS, and financial statements for statutory reporting and internal reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in similar roles with small-medium sized companies or technology start-ups. Prior experience working in e-commerce accounting is an added plus.

You will have ownership of problem statements and be involved in 50% finance and compliance, 30% administration, and 20% new initiatives. If you're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups, you're ready to take on this exciting challenge.

This role involves managing various aspects of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial functions. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The Financial Controller will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize financial performance. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with external parties, such as banks and suppliers.
