At Tanzire, we're revolutionizing the way modern premium jewelry is discovered and experienced. Our mission is to curate a global marketplace for demi-fine jewelry from women-owned brands across the world.

We're on the cusp of an exciting new chapter, with plans for offline expansion and a stronger omnichannel presence. As part of our retail expansion, we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge and cross-selling strategies.
  • Act as a personal stylist, providing tailored recommendations to customers and maximizing results through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Review space productivity data to optimize store operations and gather insights from customers to inform HQ decisions.

Inventory and Retail Space Management:

  • Partner with Operations teams to conduct regular inventory & cycle counts and oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and security protocols.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of stock records and identify discrepancies if they arise.

Reporting:

  • Maintain internal SOP and prepare daily stock and sales reports for HQ.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in premium fashion/jewelry retail
  • Experience managing a team and driving store-level KPIs
  • Passion for styling, jewelry, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
