Electronics Innovation Engineer

Our team is seeking an energetic and self-driven individual to collaborate with service teams and customers in identifying and implementing product improvements. This will lead to long-term product adoption and customer success.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. A strong background in engineering, physics, or a related field is required. The ability to follow through on product enhancements and effectively train service and manufacturing employees is essential.

The role involves collaborating with other groups to define requirements and working closely with customers to resolve technical issues during and after product release. Travel to customer sites is required up to 80% of the time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with service teams and customers to identify and implement product improvements.
  • Develop and release new options, features, or other improvements that provide more value to customers.
  • Collaborate with other groups to define requirements and successfully work with customers.
  • Train service and manufacturing employees.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Material Science).
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow through on product enhancements and effectively train employees.

Additional Requirements:

  • Good hands-on ability with demonstrated success on hardware-related projects.
  • Up to 80% worldwide travel required.
