We are seeking an accomplished Process Optimization Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding processes.

  • Design and deliver engaging presentation decks for leadership meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), incorporating valuable insights from weekly reporting dashboards powered by PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth project execution, leveraging webMethods for efficient B2B integration and data exchange.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros, with hands-on experience in B2B profile setup and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
