Optimize Application Performance Expert

This position involves working with multiple teams to identify and resolve complex application issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational application management, experience with Dynatrace, and excellent analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configuring and optimizing Dynatrace for peak performance.
  • Analyzing user complaints and performing root cause analysis to quickly resolve problems.
  • Defining alerts and integrating them with incident management tools to streamline issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in operational application management.
  • Expertise in setting up and configuring Dynatrace.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
