Healthcare Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and inspire a team to create a positive work environment that fosters growth, productivity, and collaboration.
    • Develop a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, promoting professional development and employee engagement.
  • Departmental Oversight:
    • Ensure proper setup and functioning of departments.
    • Monitor inventory levels and departmental records for cleaning and housekeeping.
    • Verify attendance and availability of technicians, reporting doctors, phlebotomists, and housekeeping staff.
    • Follow up with Operations Manager for backup of technicians and other departmental staff in case of absenteeism.
    • Track actual turnaround time (TAT) of each test in the department and record deviations.
  • Front Office Management:
    • Coordinate with Receptionist for doctor and patient availability.
    • Monitor appointment rounds and report on cleanliness of waiting areas, toilets, pantry, and stairs.
    • Check security and queue management system functionality.
    • Release urgent reports and track status daily.
  • Centre Accounts Department:
    • Review billing reports for incomplete tests.
    • Verify outsourced services and certification of bills.
    • Confirm doctors' payments and procedure charges.
    • Track centre expenses and maintain budgeted figures.
  • Other Key Responsibilities:
    • Follow up with Receptionist for OPD chamber doctors and patients appointments.
    • Maintain good liaison with referring doctors and reporting doctors.
    • Make occasional phone calls or visits to local important doctors.
    • Coordinate with Reporting Doctor/Referring Doctor and Marketing personnel.
    • Prepare month-end reports on housekeeping attendance.
    • Report any departmental issues to Head of Operations and HR at Headquarters.
    • Assess employees' performance and motivate them for better results.
