Director of Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to join our Engineering organization and help scale the next generation of our platform and services/products.

The ideal candidate will be a technology leader who can build a top-tier software organization responsible for developing and maintaining highly scalable, reliable, and available systems. This position involves people management, with the Director reporting to the VP, Product & Technology.

  • Hiring and developing great talent while building a solid engineering organization that thrives on execution, innovation, and learning.
  • Delivering products that delight customers while managing the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and technical debt management.
  • Championing the culture, processes, and tools required to maintain a high-quality development environment.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and strategies and evaluating their potential adoption in our team.
  • Providing coaching and leadership in software best practices, automated test strategies, and work toward flattening the cost of change curve for our software products and services.
  • Prioritizing great user experiences and partnering with product management and other business units.
