**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities-**

**1. SEO Strategy and Implementation**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing search terms.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

**2. Website Optimization**:

- Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is technically optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Improve website loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall usability.
- Implement A/B tests to optimize website elements and conversion rates.

**3. Content Creation and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with content team to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Develop content distribution strategies to reach the target audience and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize blog posts, articles, and other website content.

**4. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

**Paid Media Responsibilities**:
**1. Paid Advertising Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right audience for each campaign.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs and Budgets for each campaign based on marketing goals.

**2. Campaign Management**:

- Create and optimize paid ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Monitor budgets and bids to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad elements to improve campaign performance.

**3. Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare reports to showcase campaign performance and KPI achievement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Job Requirements & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Digital Marketing preferably in Education industry.Successful track record of planning and implementing Paid digital advertising campaigns and building organic reach, visibility and consumer buy-in via SEO and Web optimization
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Experience with website optimization techniques, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and website development concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mind-set with proficiency in data and analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
- Updated on the latest web trends and advancements in paid media and best practices in SEO.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, and campaign management software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
