**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced **Occupational Therapist** to help individuals of all ages overcome physical, emotional, or developmental challenges and regain independence in daily life.
Whether it’s learning to move again after an injury or managing tasks with a disability, your work will help people live fuller, more meaningful lives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assess clients using clinical tools and observation.
- **Develop and implement individualized treatment plans** focused on daily living, work, play, education, and leisure.
- Recommend assistive devices and home/work modifications to enhance independence.
- Build **strong therapeutic relationships** through empathy, active listening, and respectful care.
- Address clients' **emotional and psychological needs**, offering patience, encouragement, and support.
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for **holistic care.**:

- Maintain clear documentation and uphold professional and **ethical standards.**

**What You Bring**:

- **Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT)** from a recognized institution (Master’s preferred).
- **At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience** in occupational therapy practice.
- Registered with the **State Council** or authority under the **NCAHP Act, 2021**.
- Strong **clinical, decision-making, leadership**, and communication skills.
- A client-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.

**Where You’ll Work**:
Hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, community programs, or home-care services, wherever people need support to live with dignity and independence.
