Job Description:

As an Assembly Line Operator, you will play a vital role in the production of industrial equipment and machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products that meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices, with experience working on assembly lines. They will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of competence in core work skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products
  • Meet quality standards by following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures
  • Participate in safety initiatives and adhere to all safety PPEs and norms as required
  • Work at required cycle time or defined engineering standard
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience

Skills:

  • Assembly of Engine/Genset as per plan
  • Active participation in TBWS
  • Knowledge of Diesel engine fundamentals
  • Ability to work in shifts
