**Assembly Management Role:**

We are seeking an experienced assembly manager to lead the development and implementation of high-quality valve assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • Collaborate with design and quality control teams to ensure accurate dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Maintain test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience, preferably in fabrication or machine tool building, with at least 2 years in a similar management role.

Key Traits:

  • Deep understanding of valve assembly principles, torque specifications, sealing principles, and testing methods.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
