Manufacturing Operations Supervisor Job

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee the assembly and testing of customized fabricated valves.

This is a high-profile role that demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient production processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring test beds are prepared, safe, and meet quality standards.

A key aspect of this role is tracking throughput, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can motivate and guide a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with design and quality control teams to ensure accurate dimensioning, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering and at least 10 years of industry experience. You should have a deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing methodologies.
