Productivity Champion

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the assembly and testing of customized fabricated valves.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing, as well as hands-on experience under pressure. They will be responsible for managing the throughput, tracking rejections, and ensuring final acceptance clearance for each valve.

• Lead a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a strong focus on time and quality.
• Coordinate with design and QC for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
• Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.

For this role, we require:

1. A graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar or assistant manager role in a fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing company.
3. Overall industry experience of at least 10 years.
