Job Purpose

The role of a Strategic Partnership Manager involves building and maintaining collaborative relationships with financial institutions to drive business growth.

  • Identify and Assess Potential Partners: Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
  • Determine Alignment of Business Objectives: Evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, fostering open communication and clear expectations.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners, aligning terms and conditions with our interests.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
  • Drive Growth and New Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities, driving revenue growth for our business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A graduate/postgraduate with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in an analytical environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
