Accountant Lead

To lead our accounting operations, we seek a highly experienced Accountant with a strong track record of financial management. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Supervise account reconciliations, ledgers, and ensure timely financial statements preparation.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis and insights to management, driving business growth through informed decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with Indian regulations, identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation, proficiency in Tally or similar software, and MS Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
