Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of 15+ data analysts and quality control analysts. Your key responsibility will be to provide clear direction, establish SMART goals, and optimize resource allocation to ensure timely completion of targets and final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supervising teams, including training team members, reviewing their output, and providing constructive feedback. You will also have good knowledge of Fixed Valuation Approaches (Cost, Sales, and Income) and strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.

You will work closely with peers, operational leadership, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of training plans, identify skill gaps in analysts, and upskill the team to enhance their skill sets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading various internal/external projects by gathering project requirements, identifying appropriate resource needs, and tracking overall project progress.
  • Possessing excellent domain knowledge of the business, process, and projects and acting as a team-level SME/POC for team members.
  • Contributing to at least 30% to 50% of production, QC targets to ensure successful delivery of projects as a team.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on upcoming projects, providing timely updates during live project runs, and highlighting red flags proactively.
  • Defining, tracking, measuring, and reporting on agreed key performance indicators to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of operations experience in Real estate research/Machinery & Equipment and a passion for data and experience in Financial research.
  • Strong communication skills, people management skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Presentation, and Reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts and financial degree in B. Tech/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
