Global Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our supply chain operations forward. As the Global Supply Chain Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory availability, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive operational improvements.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and inventory planning strategies.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our business model, goals, and market dynamics to align operations with overarching strategies.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to support sustainable growth.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize costs across the supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and other operational functions.
  • Warehousing and Logistics: Oversee efficient outsourced warehousing processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving results-oriented outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial resources.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
