We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Experience team, focusing on delivering exceptional results for new-age clients. As a Practice Head, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in customer experience management, with a proven track record of success in working with multiple new-age customers.

- Create compelling solutions and proposals for RFI, RFP, and RFQ
- Build account plans to identify opportunities in CX for new age target accounts

- Lead client presentations and manage internal and external stakeholders
