Senior Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture, with the ability to create clear and concise diagrams using AutoCAD.

This individual should have a deep understanding of project completion processes and excellent communication skills to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans and drawings that outline architectural designs
  • Apply knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to produce high-quality finished products
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards
  • Oversee and provide recommendations throughout the entire construction process
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in architecture
  • Language proficiency in English and Kannada (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience in residential projects
