Telecom Network Audit Opportunity

Job Summary:

This role presents an exceptional chance for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise in internal audits of telecom network elements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices, ensuring seamless compliance and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough internal audits of telecom networks, identifying areas of improvement and optimizing processes to minimize risks.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and propose innovative strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of audit findings, observations, and recommendations, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and management.
  • Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related fields (Network Planning, Design, or Operation), preferably in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or the telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field is preferred. An MBA from a reputable institution would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record in conducting internal audits within telecommunications or networking environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and management.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) would be beneficial.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Telecom Network technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, as well as Transmission technologies (Microwave, FTTH, DWDM), and Core networks (Circuit-Switched and Packet-Switched).
  • Good knowledge of IoT network systems and architecture would be an asset.
  • Significant operational or engineering experience in a Network Operator or Service Provider environment would be highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in SQL being a plus.
