Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team.

  • End-to-end Payroll Processing:
    • Manage salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data.
    • Prepare and validate salary sheets and ensure error-free disbursement.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable laws.
  • Employee Queries:
    • Handle payroll-related employee queries.
  • Data Management:
    • Reconcile payroll reports, bank statements, and audit requirements.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate reports and dashboards for internal and external audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Payroll Knowledge: 3-7 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel proficiency – Strong in formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and logical structuring.
    • Analytical and logical thinking for payroll data management and error resolution.
    • Deep understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, SAP, Keka).
