Job Description

The E-commerce Lead will drive transaction-led growth across app commerce and marketplaces. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with agencies, product teams, and ecosystem partners to maximize revenue while optimizing spends.

This individual will spearhead app-led growth, scale marketplace performance, and build a robust digital commerce engine.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the P&L for app commerce and marketplaces, delivering profitable and sustainable growth.
  2. Proactively drive business, experimenting with new acquisition channels and partnerships.
  3. Continuously optimize spends and deliver better ROI on performance campaigns.
App Commerce & Marketplace Strategy
  1. Lead app commerce growth by optimizing onboarding and improving UX.
  2. Partner with marketplaces to scale visibility and achieve category leadership.
  3. Build and manage affiliate partnerships to diversify and accelerate revenue streams.
Performance Marketing & SEO
  1. Collaborate with the performance marketing agency to drive customer acquisition and paid app campaigns.
  2. Partner with the SEO agency to improve organic app store visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Work with the product team to improve offerings like antivirus software and anti-fraud solutions.
  2. Collaborate closely with Brand, IT, Strategy, and other functions to integrate campaigns across all touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
  1. Set up real-time dashboards tracking GMV, CAC, CLV, ROAS, and app retention.
  2. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for strategic alignment.
Ecosystem Engagement
  1. Build partnerships across affiliates, marketplaces, fintech's, OEMs, and other ecosystem players to drive growth and expand reach.
