Job Overview
The Document Controller will be responsible for maintaining and managing project documents. This role requires effective communication and coordination with project teams to ensure seamless document submission and retrieval. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage project documents.
- Implement document control processes.
- Track document versions and revisions.
- Coordinate with project teams for document submission and retrieval.
- Communicate document status to stakeholders.
- Conduct document audits.
- Resolve document discrepancies.
- Assist project teams with document-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

- Able to follow company procedures.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum Work Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-10 years of experience as a Document Controller.
Qualifications:
The candidate should hold an ITI or Diploma qualification.
Software Skills:
The candidate should possess strong skills in formatting for word and excel. Strong MS Office skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are also essential. Adobe acrobat/PDF and PowerPoint skills are an added advantage.
