Job Description

Job Summary

This role supports Safety Assessment Operations with administrative tasks, documentation and quality control relating to controlled document formatting and processing.

Essential Job Duties

These statements are intended to describe the general nature of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and duties.

- To reformat/ prepare controlled documents such as Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they meet the current requirements and established templates
- To review document format to assure quality standards are met
- To be fully conversant with Labcorp Quality Systems including Veeva Quality Docs
- To coordinate the review of controlled documents by Subject Matter Experts
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and Quality Assurance to successfully drive acceptance of controlled documents into Operational use
- To ensure quality / timeliness of all personal work performed meets required standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Required

1 year of experience is required in QC / QA domain or pre-clinical experience

Competent with MS Office

Excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of GLP/GCP and regulatory requirements is advantageous

An appreciation of what constitutes excellent Customer Service is desirable

Education/Qualifications/Certifications And Licenses

- Associate degree Level of Laboratory or Animal Technician or Medical Nurse or equivalent required
- Experience may be substituted for educational requirements

Competencies

- Good organizational and time management skills required.
- Good communication skills required.
- Good user knowledge of software applications required.
- To have good verbal, numerical and visual skills.
- To help foster a high professional standard and encourage good staff relationships.
- To be conscientious, disciplined, flexible and adaptable, having a sense of responsibility and to ensure that work is performed accurately and precisely and in a timely manner
- Proficiency in German advantageous
