
Chief Employee Experience Officer

We seek an accomplished strategic HR professional with significant experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and industrial setups, capable of driving business objectives through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure seamless integration with company objectives.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights supporting workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Lead initiatives promoting a positive work environment and high employee engagement, including diversity and inclusion programs.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, policies, and processes ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Lead hiring for plant and support functions, including blue-collar, staff, and frontline roles.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and ensure timely onboarding and induction.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations as well as adherence to all relevant policies and processes.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and liaise with statutory bodies when required.
- Partner with the HSE teams to drive people Health & Safety initiatives.
- Drive performance culture through effective performance management processes. Administer the annual performance appraisal cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year, and final evaluations.
- Identify and develop high-potential candidates. Lead succession planning by building a succession talent pool across all levels.
- Lead learning and development initiatives and capability building across levels.
- Maintain harmonious relations with white-collar and blue-collar employees to prevent unrest and ensure optimal productivity.
- Liaison with government departments and authorities for compliance requirements as well as to maintain a healthy industrial relations environment.
- Manage employee life cycle processes from induction to exit.
- Ensure efficient process flow at all times.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability of all HR systems.
- Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Drive a performance-linked rewards and recognition system consistently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education : Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience: ~15 years in HR roles, with significant exposure to manufacturing/industrial setups
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding and experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle management
- Business and strategic orientation
- Expertise in labour laws and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and factory HR
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
