The role of the Human Resources Manager involves overseeing various HR operations within an organization. This includes managing internal processes, coordinating with founders and stakeholders, and addressing employee-related grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing HR operations related to offers, contracts, onboarding, and exits
- Coordinating with the founders in designing and implementing company policies and HR processes
- Managing internal databases, payroll activities, and company-wide audit related tasks
- Collaborating with the founders and key stakeholders in defining and building a positive work culture
- Addressing people-related grievances and conducting continuous mental health checks through one-on-one conversations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- A comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources function
- Ability to work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision
- Openness to new learning opportunities within the company while working collaboratively with teams
