The Role
We seek an experienced Client Services Director to anchor our client relationships in India and beyond. The ideal candidate will set high standards for client engagement, ensuring delivery teams excel and build long-term trust that drives growth.
Responsibilities:
- Owning senior client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Guiding internal teams to deliver business-driven solutions
- Anticipating client needs and providing proactive solutions
- Striking a balance between commercial acumen and creative thinking
- Developing and growing the client services team into consultative partners
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to influence senior marketing leaders
- Excellent management skills balancing detail and direction
- Track record of managing multi-market accounts
- Cross-functional approach to commercial growth and delivery excellence
