This role requires a deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Pmax. Our approach is built on the leading edge of ad platforms—from mastering the latest AI in Performance Max to pioneering new bidding strategies.

You will have complete ownership of the PPC lifecycle, from initial strategy to scaling and growth. You will partner directly with our leadership team to design and own the entire paid search vision. Your strategy will be a key driver of the company's success.

We are looking for a dedicated practitioner who builds campaigns around business goals, not just product lists. You instinctively segment campaigns by profit margin and customer acquisition goals to drive meaningful P&L impact.

A proven history as both a strategist and a practitioner, with a portfolio of personally architecting, launching, and scaling campaigns from the ground up, is required. Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance PPC teams is also essential.
