Customer Care Team Leader Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Team Leader to lead our customer care team in delivering exceptional service and driving sustainable growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring efficient inventory and shipment movement, and supporting essential deliveries. Your work will contribute to the timely delivery of vital medicines and other critical goods.

You will join our Customer Care Team to add your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence. As a leader, you will direct, optimize, and continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility.

Your Impact
  1. You will drive service improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. You will focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality and close collaboration with operational and commercial key stakeholders.
  3. You will own, monitor, and drive all sales activities to ensure best-in-class customer onboarding and continuous improvement of processes and controls.
  4. You will actively manage interfaces, the exchange of information, knowledge, and data with your team and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient shipment management.
  5. You will prioritize customer complaint management, ensuring a consistent delivery against the customer promise and close cooperation with the Operational Care Center and Revenue Care Center.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Air freight export operational experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience dealing with carriers and stakeholders.
  • Healthcare compliance, policies, and quality control knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in customer care with an operational background.
