We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies within our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing domestic compliance policies and regulations across all operations. This will include ensuring adherence to corporate laws, tax laws, labor laws, environmental regulations, and other relevant local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, laws, and industry standards
  • Regularly review changes in local legislation and ensure that we comply with any new or updated regulatory requirements
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and assessments across various departments and functions
  • Identify and report any potential areas of non-compliance, recommending corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS)
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management in a corporate setting
