Job Description

As a Principal Consultant - Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of EHS software configuration and deployment. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess sustainability challenges, working closely with clients to understand, refine, and document their needs and requirements, and providing strategic advice and direction on best practices for system design and configuration.

You will serve as a key member of our team, leveraging your expertise in EHS software solutions to drive business growth and success. Your ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and develop effective solutions will be invaluable in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Your passion for EHS and commitment to excellence will shine through in everything you do.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 9-12 years of experience in EHS software configuration and deployment, with a focus on Enablon, Intelex, Cority, or Sphera.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps is a plus.
