As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and business development managers. Your key responsibility will be to drive strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's goals. You will work closely with the city head to manage a team of 10 members for the Line of Business (LOB).

Your role will involve identifying, developing, and managing strategic ties up with corporates, institutions, co-living and co-working spaces, and manufacturing sectors to grow the business.

You will also be responsible for driving strategy and execution for sales with executives and business development managers in your team. This includes meeting and achieving sales targets through proper funneling of prospects and ensuring timely collections from clients.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives and establishing long-term relationships with clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and business development managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage and maintain productivity for the entire sales team.
  • Ensure daily activity targets are met, including cold calls, client meetings, and deal closures.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through a structured sales funnel and lead-generation activities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects across targeted sectors.
  • Drive B2B partnerships and alliances to maximize revenue and market reach.
  • Take ownership of achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and manage pricing, negotiation, and proposal processes.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collections for both new and existing accounts.
  • Track account performance and delivery outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing B2B sales teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
