Job Summary:

As a skilled beverage professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting customers, informing them about promotions and new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing beverages, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving the items. Additionally, you will package food and beverages for sale, sell coffee and tea blends, and brewing equipment while educating customers about brewing methods.

Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils are also essential tasks. Furthermore, you will learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.

Other responsibilities include updating signage and displays in the counter, taking inventory, and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter. You will work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Key skills required for this role include attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a skilled beverage professional and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
