About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead deployments, onboarding, and customer training for our software solutions in the food and beverage industry.

  • Lead deployments and ensure seamless integration of our products with clients' systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers during onboarding and deployment processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of software solutions and their applications in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • The ability to configure client accounts according to their business requirements.

You will be responsible for leading onboarding and deployment activities at client sites, including hardware setup and training restaurant staff. Your role will also involve providing remote and on-site support to ensure high availability for clients, as well as escalating critical issues promptly.

  • Identify user needs and offer solutions proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with users in clear, friendly, and professional language.
  • Promote best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our software solutions.
