About The Role:

  • You will have experience in calling clients and convincing them to visit potential sites.
  • You should have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in working as a Sourcing or Closing Manager can be beneficial.
  • You will be responsible for connecting channel partners and developers with potential clients.
  • You will need to organize and implement project-specific sales strategies.
  • You will coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and ensure deal closure.
  • You will maintain relationships with builders, prospective buyers, and other customers.
  • You will use your knowledge of the local property market to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to clients.
