Key roles and responsibilities for this position include migrating existing test programs to a new platform, developing and maintaining characterization programs, driving failure analysis and debug activities, customizing test methods and data analysis.

Job Description
  • Develop full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.

Responsibilities also include working with various device types, such as op-amps, converters and complex System-on-Chips (SOCs), collaborating remotely with team members and maintaining communication regarding project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation (e.g., SPCM, CPK).
  • Familiarity with test instrumentation and ability to work with various hardware platforms.
  • Experience with op-amps, converters and complex SOCs.
