Airport Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our airport operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all airport processes and sub-processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall performance of airport operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to BIAL regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
  • Synchronize performance of all airport processes and sub-processes to achieve quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives in real-time operations.
  • Manage passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information flows in real-time to achieve airport objectives of efficiency, safety, and punctuality without compromising service quality.
  • Implement Management-approved Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to AOCC.
  • Carry out day-to-day functioning of the AOCC in a manner compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with various BIAL regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
  • Implement resource allocation concepts as defined in seasonal plans.
  • Conduct airport operations in accordance with various regulations by DGCA and BCAS.
  • Continuously monitor AOCC stakeholders' performance as per process-defined metrics.
  • Proactively manage airport processes and resources to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Conduct operations of Airport Operation Control Centre in a manner to achieve airport objectives of efficiency, safety, and punctuality without compromising service quality with assistance from the team.
