Operations Transformation Expert

In this high-impact role, you will lead the delivery effort on our projects. This includes playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate current state assessments, suggest operational improvements, and create project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and release Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Business Development:
- Support sales efforts by assisting clients with bid evaluation and supplier selection processes.
Operational Improvement:
- Analyze client spend data and create process maps to identify gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Develop financial models to understand the true cost of owning goods/services and present findings to key decision makers.
Stakeholder Management:
- Review contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated procurement terms.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or procurement within a consulting firm or industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
