Trade Credit Expert

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Trade Credit team.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Trade Credit industry and insurance operations, as well as the ability to effectively participate in calls and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring timely resolution of trade credit matters.
  • Develop and maintain accurate operational data, using client systems and MS Office tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex trade credit issues, utilizing advanced Excel formulas and data analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations supporting clients.
  • Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to manage operational inventory and meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
