As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for managing and tracking all platform enhancements across the portfolio of change. This involves ensuring that product increments are delivered on time and with the right quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stakeholder expectations through close collaboration with product owners, implementation managers, marketing, compliance, engineers, and testers.
  • Developing high-quality reporting packs for senior management to provide clear and concise updates on the status of platform changes.
  • Establishing a cadence for delivery management and defining processes for managing change to ensure timely internal and external communications regarding each change.
  • Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinating across multiple agile teams to align with the overall product roadmap and business objectives using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements:

  • 8 years experience in a project manager role or similar.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, engagement, influence, and communication effectively with diverse teams.
  • Solid project management background to oversee multiple changes and ensure they land effectively.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create high-quality reporting packs.
  • Proficiency in using Confluence and Jira for project tracking and communication.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is proactive and capable of establishing their own processes in a new role. Experience in financial services industry and/or Wealth Management is highly desirable but not essential.
